This agreement is entered into between the above referenced Company and the Tidewater Chapter for a revolving banner ad on our web site www.tcvscpa.com. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and are honored based on payment received and term of sponsorship. We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sponsorship opportunities. All web site sponsorship fees are payable in advance. Please make your check payable to: Tidewater Chapter of VSCPA P.O. Box 418 Norfolk, Virginia 23501-0418 Please check the desired options above and submit this agreement below. We will need your company's web address and a description of what you want your banner to look like if you are not providing your own. All web site sponsorship fees are nonrefundable once the banner ad is posted to the web site. We will automatically renew your web site sponsorship at the conclusion of your term. An invoice will be submitted 45 days prior to the expiration of the sponsorship term for the renewal. The renewal will be at the rates in effect at the time of renewal.
