Members,
Last year the Virginia Department of Taxation pre-recorded a 2021 Update for Tax Professionals that you can watch on your own time.
Please see the following link:
Virginia Department of Taxation 2021 Update for Tax Professionals
The presentation has 6 separate sections with various topics. Unfortunately, the department is not providing CPE this year. However, Jeremy Armstrong and Lee Mikelson from the State Department would be happy to answer any questions you have. Please send your questions to dpayne@wec.cpa and our board member, Dasha Payne, will collect them and forward to the representatives. Please let us know if it would be beneficial to have a Q&A session where the questions are answered in real time. If we see enough interest, we will get it on the calendars. We hope you will find the information useful.”
Please see the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) home page for valuable “News” “Resources” and “Partnership Discounts on Products and Services”
